Cookie Policy

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves on your device. Some are essential to make the site work. Others help me understand how the site is used, or measure whether my adverts are worth running.
How I use them
Only essential cookies load automatically. Everything else waits until you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, and you can reject them just as easily.
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, or the button below.
Cookies on this site
| Cookie | Set by | What it does | Type | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|---|---|
cookieyes-consent | CookieYes | Remembers your cookie choices so you're not asked on every page | Essential | 1 year |
_ga | Google Analytics | Tells visitors apart so I can count how many people use the site | Analytics | 2 years |
_ga_[ID] | Google Analytics | Keeps track of your visit | Analytics | 2 years |
_fbp | Meta | Helps me measure and show adverts on Facebook and Instagram | Advertising | 3 months |
fr | Meta (facebook.com) | Used by Meta to deliver and measure adverts | Advertising | 3 months |
Meta Conversions API
As well as the cookies above, my booking and sign-up pages can tell Meta directly when someone completes a form, so I can see which adverts are working. This only happens if you've accepted advertising cookies.
Quiz, booking and webinar pages
Some of my pages, such as my quiz, booking calendar and webinar sign-ups, run on a platform called HighLevel. The same cookie choices apply there: nothing beyond essential cookies loads until you accept.
Managing cookies in your browser
As well as using my cookie settings, you can block or delete cookies in your browser. Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all explain how in their help pages. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working properly.
